Workshop:  Bones for Life and THE PELVIC FLOOR

1) Basic anatomy and function of the pelvic floor and why it is so important in posture, movement, and life 
2) Movement/exercise for improving pelvic floor function from the BFL program
Cost:  $20
4:00-5:30pm   For BFL teachers/trainers We will focus on the details, variations, process analysis, and teaching of BFL Process #64: The Sphincters: the integrative network of the antigravity lever
Cost:  $40. ($35. for BFL trainers) for 3-hour workshop
 

Three-Day Bones for Life Immersion - Segment I Training

TREAT YOURSELF to 3 transformational days of exploring the first 30 processes in the BFL curriculum!  This 20 hour workshop counts toward BFL teacher certification, or you can participate for your personal heath and wellbeing.  All levels of ability are welcome, as participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.

December 5, 6, 7   Friday and Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm; Sunday 9:30am - 4:30pm
